Playstation and PC have distinct differences, and while Anti-Cheat and Anti Tamper on PC can be defended (despite serious drawbacks and performance flaws) having that technology on a closed loop platform like the PS5 makes absolutely no sense. 

DRM is not popular to begin with but DRM and Anti Cheat that is both redundant and possibly invasive on a platform that does not even have a practical use for it? That's not going to be a popular decision, and Denuvo is not the right candidate to make such a move.
